Business need: Refresh colliers.com’s property search.
—Before Colliers started the ongoing (as of 07/2019) user experience update, I have been working on exploring the perfect property search experience. This is one of the concepts I came up with. The basis of this idea is from some people I spoke with regarding how they search for properties. This didn’t really have a formal group of users and I ventured into looking into both user groups searching for residential and commercial properties.
