The first two screens are the initial concepts of the site refresh planning in 2016.
The next screens are concepts built around the existing design < 2016.
The main idea is to provide a very useful home page without having to change the current look and feel (thus limited). This was supposed to replace the previous home page that consists of carousel on every section that is messy and does not provide much content-wise.
Note that these are very old concepts and has been replaced by a refreshed version of the site that was launched in late 2018.
